The TD will sit to start the game. You play all 7 tiles down (real words aren't necessary) then stand, and sit in the other seat, accept, then play all 7 tiles, submit, then stand, continue until all the tiles or timer runs out, If you pass or don't lay all 7 tiles it's an automatic loss.
